  1. Tools and spare parts inventory

It could be useful to have a page where I can add all my spare parts and tools, so I have a complete list of what I have in my warehouse inventory. I could even add or assign a barcode to each part and scan it with the app to add or remove items from the inventory.

  3. Merging Tickets

To be able to merge similar tickets together and see them together in one place. Multiple jobs could be commented on/assigned at one time if we choose to. For example - multiple Reactive tickets for the same location/address but different issues may need to be assigned to the same Team member to attend on the same date. This would reduce the number of tickets and also update tickets faster.

  10. PPM Task Compliance Matrix and Dashboard

Creating a view that gives a birds eye view, but also granularity, across your compliance/PPM tasks. Clearly showing historical compliance/non-compliance AND task status across jobs. Also showing future pre-scheduled tasks for the year. It's a hybrid of a detailed list view in and a planning-calendar visualisation. It will look something like the attached mock-up (see picture)
