Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

Asset warranty visible at job level
For an asset's warranty status/ date until expiry to be visible on all jobs relating to that asset. This would make is easy for operatives to take this information into consideration when planning their actions.

A Vault area!
Can you create a vault area, and limit access via the team members permission section. This Vault could then be used to store sensitive information; access codes and engineer codes to equipment, NDA's with contractors etc

Add a feature to allow managers to review expenses for a ticket or PPM instance and choose whether or not to approve it.

Form Preview View
Can there be a preview option while building it? At the moment, the only way seems to be to come out of the builder, actually run the form as normal, then delete it once you've looked

Enable Auto assignment to external contractors.
It would be helpful to be able to set trusted vendors to automatically receive a notification if a relevant task has been raised.

Assignees for PPMs currently get notifications for upcoming 1/ month/week/day. This would be a notification for external customers to also get reminder/notification.

Add a prompt to fill in an incident form when completing tickets
Many clients will have have incident forms that need to be filled in depending on the issue. The form could be digitised on FaultFixers with the option for Admin to add a prompt when marking a job complete that a form should have been completed.

Bulk download of Ticket Details in PDF format
I would like to bulk download multiple tickets from the ticket listing in the PDF download format without having to go into each ticket and selecting download to PDF every time.
