  4. Asset Photo

    To be able to take a photo(s) of an asset using the mobile app. At the moment I have to take a photo, WhatsApp it to myself then use the desktop to upload it to the asset. It would also be good to be able to see the photos and any attached files (instruction manuals) when the asset's QR code is scanned by the mobile app. At the moment it's not possible to view any attached files using the mobile app. I have to go back to the office and use the desktop to see them....

  5. Multiple Locations Per PPM Task

    The ability to configure PPM Tasks to be applied to multiple locations. Each task can be completed per location, per date. Reporting of PPMs is simplified across multiple locations.

  6. Required contact details from users of Reporter App

    When a user reports an issue via the Reporter App it is not currently forcing them to add contact details (only their name). Enforcing users to add their email and/or phone will enable our teams to contact the user directly should we need to, or sending comments back to them and knowing they will be notified.

    An additional permission setting that would restrict a team members ability to set/ change assignees. Potentially with an exception for allowing them to assign themselves when creating a job.

  8. Repeated scheduling of job over different weeks

    I have noticed that if a job cannot be completed in the time allowed on Faultfixers and it needs to be finished on a different day, I have to remove the original date and then put a new date on. This doesn't help when trying to monitor staff performance or to close tasks as completed on time. It would be helpful to be able to put more than one date on the task, for example 13th June and then 20th June. This means that the task should be finished by the 20th June. Thank you

  9. Reminder Alerts

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

    The ability to escalate jobs from person to person. Separate from assignees, this will aid annual leave and sickness management as well as highlighting high priority incidents.

  13. PPM Task Compliance Matrix and Dashboard

    Creating a view that gives a birds eye view, but also granularity, across your compliance/PPM tasks. Clearly showing historical compliance/non-compliance AND task status across jobs. Also showing future pre-scheduled tasks for the year. It's a hybrid of a detailed list view in and a planning-calendar visualisation. It will look something like the attached mock-up (see picture)

  14. Ability to see deleted tickets in the account

    A list view to show all deleted tickets/recently deleted tickets. Showing who deleted and when deleted.

    Configuration and completion of complex sets of steps as part of jobs. Choose from a base set or configure your own templates for applying to multiple jobs. Have your teams go through an easy to follow guide when completing jobs. Easily involve contractors into your existing workflow.
