    Creating a view that gives a birds eye view, but also granularity, across your compliance/PPM tasks. Clearly showing historical compliance/non-compliance AND task status across jobs. Also showing future pre-scheduled tasks for the year. It's a hybrid of a detailed list view in and a planning-calendar visualisation. It will look something like the attached mock-up (see picture)

  5. Track the priority of a job using P1-P5

    Instead of the usage of Priorities 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High', change the priority status to P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. This will give users more granular visibility to the scale of priority of their jobs.

  6. Assigning Tickets to non users in our business

    it would be a great add on if we could assign tickets to other personnel in our building this is the main reason we signed up for this reporting app. I was under the illusion we had out main users but could assign tickets to other employees.

  9. Filtering Options for Forms Page

    Adding advanced filtering options to the Forms page. This feature will allow users to filter form responses by various criteria, making it easier to manage and analyse data. The filters should include: Building: Select form responses related to specific buildings. Date: Filter responses within a specific date range. Completed By: Identify who completed the forms. Additional Filters: Any other relevant filters that enhance data management. This enhancement will provide a more efficient way for clients to access and utilise their form data, leading to better decision-making and streamlined workflows.

  10. Folder organisation for completed forms

    As the number of completed forms starts to build up, it becomes increasingly difficult to look back and find a specific one. Being able to create a folder structure within the completed forms page would massively help tidy up and organise the area.

  11. Improved Asset Page

    I think you could have an improved user experience by being able to filter by location, manufacturer, etc, or having a more powerful search function. It would also be useful if, after having filtered the assets you're interested in, that the "Export CSV" then only exports the filtered assets rather than the whole list

  12. Copying Forms

    To be able to copy forms that have been created to use in other places. For example, a form that is completed for a Central Office that needs to used in another location. The content needs to be the same but the name used to identify the location different.

  15. Reminder Alerts

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.
