    The ability to track quotations for a job with a back and forth between manager and operative. The status of a quotation could allow/disallow to starting of a job. This could also be used to request quotes from 3rd party contractors or sub-contractors, all from within the system. Accepting quotes / rejecting quotes. Including auto-approval/rejection with value thresholds. Let us know your thoughts and idea's - any thing else to add to this?

  5. Track the priority of a job using P1-P5

    Instead of the usage of Priorities 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High', change the priority status to P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. This will give users more granular visibility to the scale of priority of their jobs.

  6. Contractor Renewals

    Similar PPM functionality but for contractor documentation renewal - e.g. contractors insurance policy is due to renew on X date, and the system flagging this up so we can request new ones.

    Providing the ability for reporters to give feedback on completed or incomplete jobs that they've reported. This could be a rating on the service, speed, etc.

  8. Copying Forms

    To be able to copy forms that have been created to use in other places. For example, a form that is completed for a Central Office that needs to used in another location. The content needs to be the same but the name used to identify the location different.

  9. Risk assessment attachment to locations

    The ability to attach risk assessments/ warnings i.e asbestos, would provide information to the worker who could then take mitigating actions to ensure a safe working environment/ working practices are maintained.

  10. The ability to retrospectively change / add location and asset details on a submitted ticket.

    Not all tickets contain the relevant details relating to locations and assets. With this missing accurate back office data is inaccurate.

    The addition of uploading of floorplans for buildings and locations. These will be used to highlight locations for the maintenance team to find issues.

  12. Reminder Alerts

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

  13. Teams Offline Mode

    Move particular functionality for Teams Mobile users so that it can be used without an internet connection. Store your day's tasks so that when stepping out of WiFi range, you are still able to do your job.

  14. Asset Photo

    To be able to take a photo(s) of an asset using the mobile app. At the moment I have to take a photo, WhatsApp it to myself then use the desktop to upload it to the asset. It would also be good to be able to see the photos and any attached files (instruction manuals) when the asset's QR code is scanned by the mobile app. At the moment it's not possible to view any attached files using the mobile app. I have to go back to the office and use the desktop to see them....
