  1. The ability to see open jobs from the location page on mobile

    Sometimes it's awkward to try and work out which open jobs in the room you're in are still to do. Being able to see the list of jobs that are applicable from a specific location would be useful. This ideally would work across Reactive and PPM Tasks

    Ability to apply labels to an asset (such as assign a policy number to an asset or display what kind of item an asset is such as a laptop, bed or chair) Automatic application of an assets labels to a reactive when one is created for said asset (would allow quick searching by label if looking for certain types of items such as laptops or mattresses in general and filtering tickets and would allow improved management of assets if items of the same type were named differently)

    The addition of uploading of floorplans for buildings and locations. These will be used to highlight locations for the maintenance team to find issues.

  5. Reminder Alerts

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

  7. Teams Offline Mode

    Move particular functionality for Teams Mobile users so that it can be used without an internet connection. Store your day's tasks so that when stepping out of WiFi range, you are still able to do your job.

    The ability to escalate jobs from person to person. Separate from assignees, this will aid annual leave and sickness management as well as highlighting high priority incidents.

    Configuration and completion of complex sets of steps as part of jobs. Choose from a base set or configure your own templates for applying to multiple jobs. Have your teams go through an easy to follow guide when completing jobs. Easily involve contractors into your existing workflow.

    A list view to show all deleted tickets/recently deleted tickets. Showing who deleted and when deleted.

  13. Multiple Locations Per PPM Task

    The ability to configure PPM Tasks to be applied to multiple locations. Each task can be completed per location, per date. Reporting of PPMs is simplified across multiple locations.

  14. Contractor Renewals

    Similar PPM functionality but for contractor documentation renewal - e.g. contractors insurance policy is due to renew on X date, and the system flagging this up so we can request new ones.

  15. Reporter Offline Mode

    Provide the ability for reporters to be able to raise issues even when they step out of WiFi range. Jobs will be queued on their devices until they reach an area of internet coverage.
