To be able to take a photo(s) of an asset using the mobile app. At the moment I have to take a photo, WhatsApp it to myself then use the desktop to upload it to the asset. It would also be good to be able to see the photos and any attached files (instruction manuals) when the asset's QR code is scanned by the mobile app. At the moment it's not possible to view any attached files using the mobile app. I have to go back to the office and use the desktop to see them....

Allow for the reporting of videos as well as images before sending jobs. Easily show the maintenance team where the issue is and provide audio narrative.

The integration of what 3 words. This would help locating premises for new employees. This would benefit the team member and the end user. It could be as simple as a column next to the property address or be an automated system.

Many clients will have have incident forms that need to be filled in depending on the issue. The form could be digitised on FaultFixers with the option for Admin to add a prompt when marking a job complete that a form should have been completed.

Also showing future pre-scheduled tasks for the year. It's a hybrid of a detailed list view in and a planning-calendar visualisation. It will look something like the attached mock-up (see picture)

Third Party Contractors are able to access a slim version of the Fault Fixers application. This will allow them to work as your in-house team do, and have all status changes, communications and logs all in one place.
