  1. PPM Task Compliance Matrix and Dashboard

    Creating a view that gives a birds eye view, but also granularity, across your compliance/PPM tasks. Clearly showing historical compliance/non-compliance AND task status across jobs. Also showing future pre-scheduled tasks for the year. It's a hybrid of a detailed list view in and a planning-calendar visualisation. It will look something like the attached mock-up (see picture)

  4. Steps Functionality

    Configuration and completion of complex sets of steps as part of jobs. Choose from a base set or configure your own templates for applying to multiple jobs. Have your teams go through an easy to follow guide when completing jobs. Easily involve contractors into your existing workflow.

  5. Track the priority of a job using P1-P5

    Instead of the usage of Priorities 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High', change the priority status to P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. This will give users more granular visibility to the scale of priority of their jobs.

  6. Floorplans

  7. Contractor Renewals

    Similar PPM functionality but for contractor documentation renewal - e.g. contractors insurance policy is due to renew on X date, and the system flagging this up so we can request new ones.

    The ability to configure PPM Tasks to be applied to multiple locations. Each task can be completed per location, per date. Reporting of PPMs is simplified across multiple locations.

  9. Notification bell showing Alerts

    Currently notification bell on web and app doesn't show when a notification is active or how many. Having these showing a number or illuminating to say you have new notifications would be handy. Much like face book or what's app

  10. A Vault area!

    Can you create a vault area, and limit access via the team members permission section. This Vault could then be used to store sensitive information; access codes and engineer codes to equipment, NDA's with contractors etc

  11. Ability to hide locations from non team members

    Some locations that are restricted to maintenance staff only don’t need to show up on the reporter app within a building. Hiding locations from non team members would save other users scrolling through building locations that mean nothing to them but allow us to put lots of locations within a building to add assets to and ppm’s to without affecting the user experience on the reporting side.

  12. Linking Asset to ppm

    Be able to link an asset to a ppm to show a history for the specific asset. Equally would be handy to be able to link an asset to a reactive job after creation for the same reason.

  13. View my teams dashboard

    It would be helpful for admin to be able to select another one of the users and view their dashboard. If I could see their overdue tasks, their upcoming and their day list all in one place. Similar to how I can see my own on the mobile app. This would allow me to chase up unfinished jobs.

  14. Reminder Alerts

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

  15. Teams Offline Mode

    Move particular functionality for Teams Mobile users so that it can be used without an internet connection. Store your day's tasks so that when stepping out of WiFi range, you are still able to do your job.
