    Quoting System

    The ability to track quotations for a job with a back and forth between manager and operative. The status of a quotation could allow/disallow to starting of a job. This could also be used to request quotes from 3rd party contractors or sub-contractors, all from within the system. Accepting quotes / rejecting quotes. Including auto-approval/rejection with value thresholds. Let us know your thoughts and idea's - any thing else to add to this?

    Export a discovered issue in PPM task to create a reactive ticket

    The ability to export a PPM task instance in order to create a reactive job ticket so it shows in the reactive tickets list if a fault / issue is found. It is not always possible to fix any issues instantly whilst carrying out the PPM check.

    Track the priority of a job using P1-P5

    Instead of the usage of Priorities 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High', change the priority status to P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. This will give users more granular visibility to the scale of priority of their jobs.

  7. Reminder Alerts

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

  9. Job completion identification on reporter app

    Visibility of job status in the reporter app so the user doesn't have to click on the job to view status. Simplest identification detail would help :)

  10. SLA Reporting

    Tag a fault with with it’s associated SLA in hours (showing time elapsed and remaining time before the SLA expires) A countdown to show how long the engineer has to attend the fault. Highlight and prioritise faults due to be breached i.e. a RAG system. The SLA performance shown on the ticket and within a summary view SLAs linked into rules-based escalation (e.g. When a job is marked as high priority, assign SLA 1 which could be applying a due date, or escalation to X user if SLA not met etc)

  12. Asset Photo

    To be able to take a photo(s) of an asset using the mobile app. At the moment I have to take a photo, WhatsApp it to myself then use the desktop to upload it to the asset. It would also be good to be able to see the photos and any attached files (instruction manuals) when the asset's QR code is scanned by the mobile app. At the moment it's not possible to view any attached files using the mobile app. I have to go back to the office and use the desktop to see them....

  13. Teams Offline Mode

    Move particular functionality for Teams Mobile users so that it can be used without an internet connection. Store your day's tasks so that when stepping out of WiFi range, you are still able to do your job.

    Provide the ability for reporters to be able to raise issues even when they step out of WiFi range. Jobs will be queued on their devices until they reach an area of internet coverage.
