    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

    For an asset's warranty status/ date until expiry to be visible on all jobs relating to that asset. This would make is easy for operatives to take this information into consideration when planning their actions.

  10. Track the priority of a job using P1-P5

    Instead of the usage of Priorities 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High', change the priority status to P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. This will give users more granular visibility to the scale of priority of their jobs.

    The integration of what 3 words. This would help locating premises for new employees. This would benefit the team member and the end user. It could be as simple as a column next to the property address or be an automated system.

  12. Add 'Awaiting contractor' and 'Awaiting parts' to reactive ticket progress dropdown

    This will make it easier for managers to see the works that are unable to be closed due to issues beyond the control of operatives. I'm currently using 'In progress' but then the managers may think that I am not actively trying to close a ticket.

  14. The ability to see open jobs from the location page on mobile

    Sometimes it's awkward to try and work out which open jobs in the room you're in are still to do. Being able to see the list of jobs that are applicable from a specific location would be useful. This ideally would work across Reactive and PPM Tasks

  15. Quoting System

    The ability to track quotations for a job with a back and forth between manager and operative. The status of a quotation could allow/disallow to starting of a job. This could also be used to request quotes from 3rd party contractors or sub-contractors, all from within the system. Accepting quotes / rejecting quotes. Including auto-approval/rejection with value thresholds. Let us know your thoughts and idea's - any thing else to add to this?
