    Many landlords/administrators are asked to supply information about quantity and quality of maintenance jobs, faults, repairs, time taken etc. This could come from Government, CEOs, trustees, etc. It would be useful and is sometimes essential to be able to show that issues were raised and dealt within a certain period. It is also useful for managers to be able to see how well staff perform, address complaints etc.

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.
