    "I've noticed we are spending a lot of time responding to tickets that have the same solutions. I was wondering if there was a way that if the ticket is logged in a certain category and/or certain words/phrases appear in the ticket title/body there can be a popup that says have you tried x,y and z before raising the ticket?"

    This will make it easier for managers to see the works that are unable to be closed due to issues beyond the control of operatives. I'm currently using 'In progress' but then the managers may think that I am not actively trying to close a ticket.

    hi, im thinking about adding 4 more users, the data will build up fairly quickly, is there a data storge limit within the app? or is it unlimited - some of the store information will be accessed at a later date so it needs to remain available thanks

    Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.
