Provide the ability for reporters to be able to raise issues even when they step out of WiFi range. Jobs will be queued on their devices until they reach an area of internet coverage.

More comprehensive abilities to track the existing stock and amount of inventory for a set of assets. Be alerted when stock is running low or highlight considerable usage of particular stock.

This will make it easier for managers to see the works that are unable to be closed due to issues beyond the control of operatives. I'm currently using 'In progress' but then the managers may think that I am not actively trying to close a ticket.

Is there a way to group locations together within a building? For example, in our main building we have multiple floors, and within that areas with multiple locations. For example, we have a Food and Beverage area which is split into many locations - i.e. family lounge, bar & bistro, function room, main kitchen, function room kitchen, etc. Rather than each location having a QR code it would be helpful to be able to group locations together under one QR code, so staff can scan and then select the relevant area, rather than having to display all of the QR codes. Currently, the only work around for this is to give the QR code for the whole building, but that means every location comes up, rather than just the ones relevant to that department.

it'd be really helpful if i could star or flag jobs from the overall 'my jobs' section and then have them appear in a separate smaller list. It can be overwhelming to continually go back to my list of approx 150 jobs to see what needs to be done next, but if I could pick a few out at the start of the day then just refer back to this shortlist/to do list throughout the day it would be better. Uncompleted jobs could disappear from this list after 24 hours if for example I didn't get time to do them that day

currently no functionality to move an asset on web based version

When reporting faulty equipment, the Team members are raising Reactive tickets, but not against the asset. To be able to track the history of breakdowns, I need to raise then a new ticket within created asset, which is an extra task to do. I thought, it would be worth to challenge FF team, to consider adding an option allowing us to link existing ticket to the asset? Like we're linking tickets, one with another one.That would eliminate extra hassle for us..., please🧐

Currently the only way to add media types other than photos is to log into the website. As a team that works primarily from a smartphone this isn't practical as the website optimisation doesn't seem to work with my phone screen size. I'd like the ability to upload PDFs, Docs etc directly from ththe app

It would be handy to have a history of tickets and comments related to a single assets - for IT Asset management, this would help me recognise any consistent issues that arise, and also a history of any fixes to assist with knowledge on a user or device.

Business Intelligence of assets across Fault Fixers. See the issues raised against assets easily, the number of open and closed issues for a particular asset.

Location Business Intelligence to see the job coverage over all of the locations in the system. Easily find problem-causing locations or particularly active reporting from locations.

Sometimes when creating assets, it should be required that particular fields are needed. This stops people from accidentally missing crucial information off
