  1. Free Form Email Titles for Shared Jobs

When sending jobs out to external contractors via the shared option, we need a free form box with which to amend the email title the system generates. Just having the job reference in there severly limits information at a glance, and contractors will not see if a job is urgent from the title alone. In our old system, the email title would populate with the job number, but then we could add any more info we seen fit. One work around at the moment is to send the job to myself, then I can forward it and edit the title that way, but don't want to do that forever! :)

  11. Add 'Awaiting contractor' and 'Awaiting parts' to reactive ticket progress dropdown

This will make it easier for managers to see the works that are unable to be closed due to issues beyond the control of operatives. I'm currently using 'In progress' but then the managers may think that I am not actively trying to close a ticket.

  13. Merging Tickets

To be able to merge similar tickets together and see them together in one place. Multiple jobs could be commented on/assigned at one time if we choose to. For example - multiple Reactive tickets for the same location/address but different issues may need to be assigned to the same Team member to attend on the same date. This would reduce the number of tickets and also update tickets faster.
