Add the ability to recover all jobs you've raised on the reporter app if you change device or clear cache on device. Proposed route is to be able to have a code sent to your email and upon entry to the App all jobs linked to that email will be retrieved.

When typing in the password to log in, you cant see what you are typing, so would be great to have a little show password eye there to make sure you are typing in the correct letters.

The addition of uploading of floorplans for buildings and locations. These will be used to highlight locations for the maintenance team to find issues.

Move particular functionality for Teams Mobile users so that it can be used without an internet connection. Store your day's tasks so that when stepping out of WiFi range, you are still able to do your job.

Pre-set form template to be loaded into recurring PPM tasks, saving the need to add manually each time.

Configuration and completion of complex sets of steps as part of jobs. Choose from a base set or configure your own templates for applying to multiple jobs. Have your teams go through an easy to follow guide when completing jobs. Easily involve contractors into your existing workflow.

It would be really useful if the operatives could block themselves out as unavailable (or the admin could do this), annual leave for example, so that no jobs are assigned to them during this period

It would be great if the PPM tasks would be visible in the scheduler. At the moment, it only shows the reactive tickets but would be very helpful to show this on the scheduler.

There are times that I picked a wrong form for a specific job. I request there should a way to remove the attached form.

Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

The ability to escalate jobs from person to person. Separate from assignees, this will aid annual leave and sickness management as well as highlighting high priority incidents.

Creating a view that gives a birds eye view, but also granularity, across your compliance/PPM tasks. Clearly showing historical compliance/non-compliance AND task status across jobs. Also showing future pre-scheduled tasks for the year. It's a hybrid of a detailed list view in and a planning-calendar visualisation. It will look something like the attached mock-up (see picture)

Third Party Contractors are able to access a slim version of the Fault Fixers application. This will allow them to work as your in-house team do, and have all status changes, communications and logs all in one place.

To be able to take a photo(s) of an asset using the mobile app. At the moment I have to take a photo, WhatsApp it to myself then use the desktop to upload it to the asset. It would also be good to be able to see the photos and any attached files (instruction manuals) when the asset's QR code is scanned by the mobile app. At the moment it's not possible to view any attached files using the mobile app. I have to go back to the office and use the desktop to see them....
