I was wondering if there was a way that if the ticket is logged in a certain category and/or certain words/phrases appear in the ticket title/body there can be a popup that says have you tried x,y and z before raising the ticket?"

Knowing when a job was put in progress helps track the time a job spent in progress before it was completed.
