  2. Tools and spare parts inventory

It could be useful to have a page where I can add all my spare parts and tools, so I have a complete list of what I have in my warehouse inventory. I could even add or assign a barcode to each part and scan it with the app to add or remove items from the inventory.

When in the scheduler section and you 'unassign' a job from someone, you are unable to 'save changes' I have to fully open the job to unassign.

  4. To be able to move Assets and Locations.

Some Assets are moveable and will change locations. Being able to edit their location would be a helpful feature. While Locations might not move having the ability to change which building they are in would help when restructuring a FaultFixers account.

  5. PPM's on Scan a Tag

When you scan an asset on the teams app it would be good to have a PPM section so you can see closed PPM's that have media attached as at the moment you have to go through PPM's section.

  7. Add 'Awaiting contractor' and 'Awaiting parts' to reactive ticket progress dropdown

This will make it easier for managers to see the works that are unable to be closed due to issues beyond the control of operatives. I'm currently using 'In progress' but then the managers may think that I am not actively trying to close a ticket.

  8. Button to create/assign QR tag for an asset or location when viewing it. + option to create/assign QR tag when adding a new asset/location

This would be useful for optimised asset logging and labelling For instance when trying to create a QR tag for an existing asset/location without a tag there is currently no way to filter them when selecting what to assign the tag to and it will display every asset on the system as seen in the image attached (this could potentially lead to confusion if you have 100s of assets requiring a tag) I don't know if this is an existing feature as well that I have missed but having the option to create and assign a QR tag when adding an asset/location would be incredibly useful to speed up adding and labelling assets

  15. Third Party Contractor Access

Third Party Contractors are able to access a slim version of the Fault Fixers application. This will allow them to work as your in-house team do, and have all status changes, communications and logs all in one place.
