Feature Ideas
Submit IdeaAdd 'Awaiting contractor' and 'Awaiting parts' to reactive ticket progress dropdown
This will make it easier for managers to see the works that are unable to be closed due to issues beyond the control of operatives. I'm currently using 'In progress' but then the managers may think that I am not actively trying to close a ticket.

Third Party Contractor Access
Third Party Contractors are able to access a slim version of the Fault Fixers application. This will allow them to work as your in-house team do, and have all status changes, communications and logs all in one place.

CQC Inspector View
A specific way for CQC and other governing bodies to view the Teams Web dashboard. This will be simplified and specific to the demands of compliance, making regulations easier to track.

Merging Tickets
To be able to merge similar tickets together and see them together in one place. Multiple jobs could be commented on/assigned at one time if we choose to. For example - multiple Reactive tickets for the same location/address but different issues may need to be assigned to the same Team member to attend on the same date. This would reduce the number of tickets and also update tickets faster.

Track the priority of a job using P1-P5
Instead of the usage of Priorities 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High', change the priority status to P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. This will give users more granular visibility to the scale of priority of their jobs.

A Vault area!
Can you create a vault area, and limit access via the team members permission section. This Vault could then be used to store sensitive information; access codes and engineer codes to equipment, NDA's with contractors etc

A button on the teams app to record no access
It would simplify the recording of no access or access refused.

Indicator to team that there is a comment on the ticket.
When a ticket is being reviewed it is not apparent that a comment has been added, this can lead to duplication of effort or the comment going unnoticed. An example could be that an item has been ordered for the job but it is not easily seen that this has occurred, leading to duplicate orders being made.

Free Form Email Titles for Shared Jobs
When sending jobs out to external contractors via the shared option, we need a free form box with which to amend the email title the system generates. Just having the job reference in there severly limits information at a glance, and contractors will not see if a job is urgent from the title alone. In our old system, the email title would populate with the job number, but then we could add any more info we seen fit. One work around at the moment is to send the job to myself, then I can forward it and edit the title that way, but don't want to do that forever! :)

Enter a completion date for vendors
To be able to measure contractors against SLAs, we need to be able to input a date when they finish a job. At the moment, we can only close jobs when the invoices come in, and even if they come with a job sheet that states when the job was finished, we can't input that into the system (unless we're using the system wrong - a possiblity!).

Request credit facility on Expenses section
Currently the expenses section do not have a credit facilty making it hard for us to keep track of said credits. Was told by support to raise this as a feature request.

Reminder Alerts
Setup and configure reminders for jobs and tasks in the platform. If a job is not meant to be started until a particular date but you want to be alerted beforehand, this can be added. If you want your teams to be notified the day before the due date is up, this can be added.

The ability to escalate jobs from person to person. Separate from assignees, this will aid annual leave and sickness management as well as highlighting high priority incidents.
